The SAP Arena is an absolutely gorgeous arena that was first used in the 2005-06 hockey season. The Adler typically plays in front of near capacity or sold out crowds of 13,600 fans. This arena has the amenities of an NHL arena and more. There is not a bad seat in the building and behind the goal where the Adler shoot twice is standing room only on both levels. Fans stand outside hours in advance to claim their spot!
One of the more modern features of the arena is that the scoreboard is an HDTV so all of the play and highlights are in HD!
The concourse is spacious enough that fans can navigate through the arena before the game and during intermissions with relative ease.
In addition to the "main arena", the SAP Arena also has a smaller rink that seats close to 1000 people as well as a practice rink as well.
