Talk about a tiny arena with a ton of character, the Coach USA Center is a great place to watch a game.  The Coach USA Center seats only 3,500, but weekend games are typically sold out.  The Jackals crowd are extremely rabid (no pun intended) as well.  We caught a Colonial Cup Finals game and the atmosphere was electric!  There isn’t a bad seat in the house in this one-level arena.  The concourse is a bit tight, so allow for some extra navigation time.  

Parking:  There is a parking garage a half-block away from the arena that is $4.

Camera policy:  I had no problem bringing my camera in the arena.

Food:  The food here is just ok, but there aren’t many good restaurants to choose from in Elmira, so either pack a dinner and eat on the road or eat at the arena.
